Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Sale items ,food items and gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
- Visit our Contact Page and submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label (for eligible items).
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at our Contact Page.
